Employability is more than ever a critical factor in your decision-making process. You need to be able to trust that it will prepare you to successfully face the ongoing shifts in the work place, now and throughout your career.
At Emerging, we consider that the most valuable information on employability comes from the corporate market itself.
Career insight
For 12 years we have worked with thousands of top international employers who represent millions of recruitments worldwide. From them we collect direct, up to-date insights which constitute the body of the GEURS survey.

Overview of the GEURS 2024 methodology
The GEURS is an independent survey produced and commissioned annually by Emerging. It is conducted by a distinct specialised consulting and polling institute. GEURS is the only TOP 250 University ranking exclusively based on employers’ direct assessment.
Let's Talk Employability
Employability is also a tool for universities who need to refine their curriculum, with the aim to successfully educate their future graduates and stay competitive in a changing world.
Since 2010, the annual Global Employability University Ranking and Survey (GEURS), produced by Emerging is published with Times Higher Education (THE). It shows which universities are adapting better or faster to the evolutions of the corporate market. The GEURS ranking lists the TOP 250 universities worldwide for employability.
